Order Processing

All InCase kits are made to order. This allows us to ensure quality, freshness, and a personal touch in every item.

Please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to be packed, embroidered (if applicable), and prepared for delivery. We promise, it’s worth the wait.

Delivery Times

Once packed, delivery is handled by trusted local couriers.

Gauteng deliveries: 1–3 business days after dispatch
Other provinces: 2–5 business days after dispatch
Remote or rural areas: May take slightly longer

Flat rate delivery options are available at checkout
