Welcome to InCase, a proudly South African brand offering soulful, made-to-order emergency kits. By using our website, placing an order, or joining our community, you agree to the following terms.

1. Products & Availability

All InCase kits are made to order with carefully sourced items. While we strive to keep all products available, contents may vary slightly due to supplier availability. Any substitutions will be of equal or greater value and maintain the spirit of your chosen kit.

2. Pricing

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT (if applicable). We reserve the right to change pricing or discontinue items without prior notice.

3. Payment

We accept payment via:

  • Secure online gateways (e.g. PayFast, Yoco, etc.)

  • Manual EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) if arranged

Orders are only processed once full payment is received and cleared.

4. Shipping & Fulfillment

Orders are made and packed after payment confirmation. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your kit to be assembled and shipped. We will send tracking details once dispatched.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, we unfortunately do not offer refunds or returns unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@incasekits.co.za — we will always do our best to make things right.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including logos, product names, kit descriptions, and written copy — is the property of InCase and may not be reused or reproduced without written permission.

7. Liability

We take great care in curating safe, effective items. However, use of our kits is at your own risk. InCase is not liable for any misuse, allergic reactions, or accidents resulting from items used improperly or without supervision.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Your personal information is stored securely and never sold. For details, please refer to our [Privacy Policy].

9. Community & Conduct

If you join our WhatsApp or email communities, please treat others with respect and kindness. We reserve the right to remove members for inappropriate conduct.
