Refund Policy

At InCase, each kit is lovingly assembled to order — with care, calm, and intention. Because of this, we hope you understand that we have a strict no-return and no-refund policy on most purchases.

 But we're still human…

If something isn’t right, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order. If an item arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, we will do our absolute best to resolve it — whether that means replacing the item or offering a fair solution.

Returns Are Accepted Only If:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item

  • You contacted us within 7 calendar days of delivery

  • The item is unused, in original condition, and sent back at your cost (unless waived)

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the issue

  • A short explanation

We’ll respond within 3 business days.

Because Every Kit is Made for You

Each InCase is crafted especially for you after your order — which means we can’t resell returned items. We ask for your understanding and mindfulness when ordering.

Consumer Protection Note

This policy is in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa. If your situation qualifies under its terms, we will honour your rights with care and integrity.
